Midland Athletic Syndicate is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality sports programs for kids in West Texas. We believe in building character through competition and community.
We saw a need—and decided to build something better.
Our leadership saw the need for an inclusive, professionally managed organization focused not just on winning, but on developing well-rounded kids who learn teamwork, discipline, and self-confidence through positive coaching and consistent structure.
Our Mission
At Midland Athletic Syndicate, our mission is to empower youth through sports by providing safe, high-quality programs that foster athletic development, character-building, and community connection. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to grow—on the field and beyond.
Finding Your Fit For Young Athletes
Whether your child is learning the basics or leveling up their game, our sports programs offer year-round opportunities to play, grow, and compete. Choose a sport to see upcoming leagues, camps, and tournaments.
